“Controls temperature, humidity and fans throughout the cycle.
“Each phase is configurable in temperature and humidity.
“Includes: 4.3” screen + Controller + Expansion + Power supply + Interconnection cable.
“Selects and stores up to 10 automatic cycles.
Each cycle consists of the 5 baking phases:
1. Mass cooling.
2. Maintenance (different set from the 1st phase).
3. Thawing of the dough.
4. Fermentation.
5. Sleepyhead.
