Feria de Climatización & Refrigeración (C&R) is a key event for the HVACR sector in Spain, bringing together professionals and leading companies to showcase the latest trends and technologies. This year, the 2023 edition was even more special, as it coincided with two important anniversaries: the 30th anniversary of Eliwell Ibérica and the 20th anniversary of the fair itself. Eliwell Ibérica celebrated this milestone with an outstanding presence, presenting innovations and sharing its experience with the sector.

Celebrating 30 Years of Innovation in the HVACR Industry

Eliwell Ibérica celebrated its 30th anniversary, a milestone that marks a history of commitment to innovation and quality in the air conditioning and refrigeration sector. Its stand, located in Hall 7, stand D03, became a meeting point for professionals and collaborators.

Active Participation in the C&R Forum: The Role of AEFYT in the CAE System

Eliwell Ibérica had an active participation in the C&R Forum. Nacho Baixauli, deputy director of the company and board member of AEFYT (Asociación de Empresas de Frío y sus Tecnologías), participated in discussions on the role of AEFYT in the new CAE (Certificados de Ahorro Energético) system. This participation underlines Eliwell's commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.

Training and Commitment to the Future of the Sector: Refrigeration Workshop

Demonstrating its commitment to the training of new generations, Pepe Royo, commercial director of Eliwell Ibérica, gave a valuable Refrigeration Workshop to students of vocational schools in Madrid. This initiative reinforces the importance of training for the future of the HVACR sector.
A new initiative of the fair: Young Friday which brought together during the last day of the event to numerous students of professional technical cycles in all the stands of the enclosure. A good opportunity to meet professionals and solve doubts about the present and the future.

An Unforgettable Celebration: 30th Anniversary Party

The Eliwell Ibérica stand was the setting for a lively party to celebrate the company's 30th anniversary. Customers, suppliers, friends and colleagues gathered to celebrate the company's trajectory. The party had an Italian touch thanks to Aperol, exquisite cheese and ham flowers, and the musical ambience of violinist Daniel Icasto, whose talent captivated those present.

Eliwell and Momplet

The name Eliwell is inextricably linked to the Momplet family. The initial establishment of the Italian brand Eliwell in Spain is due to the Valencian businessman Eduardo Momplet Martinez, founder of the Momplet business group in the 80s dedicated to the refrigeration sector.

For more than two decades, Eliwell Ibérica is directed by his son Carlos Momplet Vivas, businessman and electronics engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Innate leadership, consistency and experience gained after many years at the head of different companies, always related to the engineering and refrigeration sector. DOMINO Solution

The latest updates of the DOMINO ZERO solution - to electronically control a refrigeration system with natural (CO2) or synthetic refrigerants - allow to offer a more compact solution, open to the use of third-party valves, scalable and offering a more stable control.

EWCM is the DOMINO ZERO component used to control the refrigeration units. Improvements have recently been made to this control, which now allows it to work with several third-party valves, giving the manufacturer maximum freedom of choice.

The footprint of the new EVEVD controls for EWCM 9000 PRO-HF and the two support modules has been halved, with a space saving of 50%, offering an overall solution that is 35% more compact than products currently available on the market.

Eliwell AIR APP

Available for Android and iOS operating systems, it offers the following features:

Intelligent local interface with the controller: check controller status and variables.
Easy configuration: upload and download of the complete parameter map. Can be shared from your device, e.g. via email or WhatsApp
Local data logging management: allows the BTLE Dongle memory to be dumped and shared in CSV for diagnostics or HAC.

Televis AIR

TelevisAir is Eliwell's connectivity solution designed for bottle coolers and cold rooms.

SECURE INTERFACE

Secure Interface can connect to any device equipped with a Modbus bus via RS485, collect data from it and transmit it to the Cloud, where specific applications analyze the data and enable predictive maintenance. Being programmable, it is very easy to develop any Modbus driver to communicate with all types of compatible devices.

Eliwell returns to Chillventa (Nuremberg, October 11-13, 2022) after the last online edition (eSpecial), where the latest innovations for the HVACR sector, increasingly efficient, sustainable and connected, are presented and to give a preview of the innovative solutions that will be protagonists in 2023.

SECURE INTERFACE

Secure Interface, the HVAC connected from the plant to the cloud

Having connected machines and devices is a necessity in the HVAC industry. To this end, Eliwell has developed Secure Interface, an extremely compact (72 x 110 x 60 mm) Linux PC to enable IoT connectivity in an efficient, intuitive and competitive way, allowing communication with connected devices, whether proprietary or third-party.

Secure Interface can connect to any device equipped with a Modbus bus via RS485/TCP, collect data from it and transmit it to the Cloud, where specific applications analyze the data and enable predictive maintenance. Being a programmable unit, it is very easy to develop any Modbus driver to communicate with all types of compatible devices.

DOMINO Solution

DOMINO ZERO, now more compact, flexible and easy to use.

The latest updates to the DOMINO ZERO solution - for electronically controlling a refrigeration system operating with natural (CO2) or synthetic refrigerants - have made it possible to offer a more compact solution, open to the use of third-party valves, scalable thanks to its modularity and capable of providing more stable control.

EWCM is the DOMINO ZERO component used to control the Transcritical Booster stations. Improvements have recently been made to this control, which is now capable of working with the new EVEVD controls and the back-up module, with a 50% space saving in the electrical panel, providing a solution that, overall, is 35% more compact than products currently available on the market.

Forecasts for 2023
Eliwell continues to move forward to improve the user experience of its products and, to this end, is working on a new TelevisGo user interface, which will be introduced to the market in 2023. In addition, the company continues to innovate in connectivity: next year it will introduce technologies capable of working with both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
